Delivery Times
We ships internationally. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day after the order has been placed.
Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
During periods of increased demand, product launches, or seasonal campaigns, delivery times may vary slightly. While the vast majority of orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, external factors such as customs processing, local carrier delays, or regional conditions may occasionally affect delivery speed.
Shipping & Tracking
Orders are delivered either to your door or to the nearest pickup point, depending on the carrier and destination.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment and collecting parcels within the carrier’s stated holding period.
Unclaimed or refused shipments may be returned to us and can be subject to handling and restocking fees.
