Terms & Privacy Policy
Aiméa — Terms & Conditions
Last updated: February 2026
Welcome to Aiméa. We want your experience with us to be smooth, transparent, and enjoyable — from browsing to delivery and beyond.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") outline how our store operates, what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you in return. Together with our Privacy Policy and our Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy, they form the complete agreement between you and Aiméa when you use our website or make a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1. By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on our website (aimea.eu), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy. These documents together govern your relationship with Aiméa and apply to all purchases made through our website.
1.2. We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, legal requirements, or industry practices. When we do, the updated version will be published on this page with a new "last updated" date. The version of the Terms in effect at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that particular transaction. We encourage you to review this page occasionally so you are aware of any changes.
1.3. If any part of these Terms conflicts with a specific term in our Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy, the Returns Policy will take precedence for matters relating to returns, exchanges, and refunds.
2. Eligibility
2.1. To place an order with Aiméa, you must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your country, whichever is higher. You must also have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2.2. Please make sure that all information you provide — including your full name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and billing details — is accurate, current, and complete. Incorrect or outdated information can lead to delivery failures, payment issues, or delays in processing your order. If any of your details change after placing an order, please let us know as soon as possible at support@aimea.eu.
2.3. Our products are designed and sold for personal, non-commercial use. We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or limit orders that appear to be placed for resale, wholesale distribution, or any other commercial purpose. If you are interested in a business or wholesale arrangement, please contact us directly and we will be happy to discuss options.
2.4. We reserve the right to refuse service or close accounts at our discretion if we have reason to believe that these Terms are being violated, or that an account is being used fraudulently or in bad faith.
3. Products & Descriptions
3.1. We take great care in presenting our products, including written descriptions, sizing guides, material information, and photography. Our aim is to give you the most accurate and helpful representation of each item so you can shop with confidence.
3.2. That said, slight variations in colour, texture, or appearance may occur between what you see on screen and the actual product. This is due to differences in monitor settings, screen calibration, photography lighting, and the natural characteristics of textile materials such as fabric dye lots. These variations are inherent to the nature of the product and do not constitute a defect or a reason for return.
3.3. We provide sizing charts and fit guidance on our product pages to help you find the right size. While we do our best to make these as accurate as possible, body shapes and preferences vary, so we cannot guarantee a perfect fit for every customer. If you are unsure about sizing, our support team is happy to help — just drop us a message at support@aimea.eu before ordering.
3.4. All product images on our website are for illustrative purposes and may include styling, accessories, or props that are not included with the product unless explicitly stated in the product description.
3.5. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue products, descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time without prior notice. If a product you have ordered is no longer available, we will notify you and offer a full refund.
4. Orders & Contract Formation
4.1. When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. Submitting an order does not by itself create a binding contract between you and Aiméa.
4.2. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have accepted your order and that the contract is in place. Until that point, we reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
4.3. After placing your order, you will first receive an order acknowledgement email. This is an automatic notification confirming that we have received your order — it is not an acceptance. The order confirmation email, which forms the contract, is sent separately once your order has been verified and is being prepared for dispatch.
4.4. Occasionally, we may need to cancel, adjust, or decline an order after it has been placed. This can happen for a number of reasons, including but not limited to:
- A product is unexpectedly out of stock or discontinued
- There is a pricing, listing, or currency conversion error on the website
- Delivery information is incomplete, inaccurate, or cannot be verified
- Payment cannot be authorised or is flagged by our fraud prevention systems
- We detect suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorised activity on the order or account
- A discount code or promotion has been applied in a way that is inconsistent with its intended use
- The order appears to be placed for resale or commercial purposes rather than personal use
- There are regulatory, compliance, or shipping restriction concerns related to the destination country
4.5. If we cancel an order, we will let you know by email as soon as reasonably possible and issue a full refund to the original payment method. We are not liable for any additional costs, losses, or inconvenience arising from the cancellation of an order.
4.6. We reserve the right to limit order quantities per customer, per household, or per delivery address. This is to ensure fair access to our products for all customers, particularly during promotions, new launches, or periods of limited stock.
5. Pricing & Currency
5.1. All prices on our website are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are shown in the currency you have selected on the website. You can change the display currency at any time, but the currency and price at the time of checkout is the price that applies to your order.
5.2. Prices may vary depending on your selected currency, your location, and applicable exchange rates. Currency conversions are provided for convenience and are based on rates supplied by our payment providers. The exact amount charged may differ slightly depending on the exchange rate applied by your bank or card issuer at the time of the transaction.
5.3. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed. If you add an item to your cart and the price changes before you complete checkout, the updated price will apply.
5.4. In the rare event of an obvious pricing error — for example, a product listed at a fraction of its intended price due to a technical glitch or data entry mistake — we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even if an order confirmation has already been sent. We will always notify you if this happens and give you the option to reorder at the correct price.
5.5. Depending on the destination country, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees levied by local authorities. These charges are determined and collected by the customs authority in your country and are entirely outside our control. Aiméa cannot predict the amount of these charges and is not responsible for any additional costs that arise. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure what charges may apply.
5.6. Any customs-related fees, duties, or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid in order to receive your delivery. Refusal to pay customs charges resulting in the return of a package may be subject to a restocking and handling fee.
6. Payments
6.1. All payments on our website are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. Our primary payment partners include Airwallex (a globally licensed payment platform) and Klarna (a regulated payment service provider). Depending on your region and the payment method you select, your transaction may be processed by one of these providers or by their banking or processing partners.
6.2. We accept a wide range of payment methods, though availability may vary depending on your country and the options supported by our payment providers:
- Credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major card networks
- Apple Pay — for quick and secure checkout on supported devices
- Klarna — Pay Later (pay within 30 days), Pay in Instalments (split into interest-free payments), or Pay Now (immediate bank transfer), where available
- Clearpay / Afterpay — buy now, pay later in instalments, where available
- Other local payment methods — additional options may be displayed at checkout depending on your location
6.3. Full payment must be received and authorised before your order is dispatched. If you select a deferred payment method such as Klarna Pay Later or Clearpay, the terms and payment schedule of that provider apply. You are responsible for meeting the payment obligations set by the provider you choose.
6.4. By completing a purchase, you agree to the applicable terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the selected payment provider, in addition to these Terms. We encourage you to review the terms of your chosen provider before completing your purchase.
6.5. Your payment details are encrypted and transmitted directly to the payment provider using industry-standard security protocols (SSL/TLS encryption). Aiméa does not store, process, or have access to your full payment card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials. All payment data is handled in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
6.6. If a payment cannot be authorised, is declined by the payment provider, or is subsequently reversed or charged back, we reserve the right to cancel the order, withhold dispatch, or seek recovery of any goods that have already been shipped.
6.7. Klarna: When you choose to pay with Klarna, you enter into a separate agreement with Klarna. Klarna makes its own independent credit and payment decisions and is solely responsible for its approval process, credit limits, payment schedules, and any fees or charges associated with its services. Aiméa has no influence over Klarna's decisions and is not responsible for any issues arising from your use of Klarna's services. For Klarna's full terms and conditions, please visit klarna.com. If you have questions about a Klarna payment, please contact Klarna directly through their app or website.
6.8. All transactions are processed in the currency displayed at checkout. If your bank or card issuer uses a different base currency, a currency conversion fee may be applied by your financial institution. This fee is outside our control.
7. Delivery & Shipping
7.1. We ship internationally to most countries around the world. Shipping availability, methods, and costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item (see our Returns Policy for details).
7.2. Most orders are dispatched within 1 business day of the order being placed and payment being confirmed. During promotional periods, holidays, or peak seasons, dispatch may take up to 2–3 business days. We will always do our best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.
7.3. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
| Region | Estimated Delivery |
|---|---|
| Sweden | 1–3 business days |
| Europe | 3–5 business days |
| United Kingdom | 5–7 business days |
| United States | 5–7 business days |
| Rest of the World | 9–11 business days |
7.4. The delivery times listed above are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs processing and inspections, carrier operations and route changes, weather conditions and natural events, public holidays in the origin or destination country, regional logistics disruptions, and government or regulatory actions. We are not responsible for delays caused by any of these factors.
7.5. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. We encourage you to:
- Monitor your shipment regularly using the tracking link provided
- Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package
- Collect your parcel from the carrier's designated pick-up point or post office within the stated holding period (usually 7–14 days depending on the carrier and country)
- Contact the carrier directly if you have questions about the delivery schedule or if an attempted delivery was missed
7.6. Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered, are delayed, or are returned to us due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address information provided by the customer. If you realise there is an error in your delivery address after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@aimea.eu — we will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been handed to the carrier.
7.7. Parcels that are unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable and are returned to us by the carrier may be subject to a combined restocking and handling fee of up to 30% of the order value. This fee covers return shipping costs, customs processing, inspection, and administrative handling. Any refund issued for a returned parcel will be reduced by the applicable fees.
7.8. Risk of loss and title to the products passes from Aiméa to you at the point when the order is handed over to the shipping carrier. From that point forward, any loss, damage, or delay during transit is not the responsibility of Aiméa. We strongly recommend selecting a shipping option with insurance and tracking, and inspecting your package upon delivery for any visible damage.
7.9. If your tracking information shows the package as "delivered" but you have not received it, we recommend the following steps:
- Check with neighbours, housemates, building reception, or your building's mailroom
- Look for a delivery notice or card indicating the package was left at an alternative location or pick-up point
- Contact the carrier directly using the tracking number and reference provided in your shipping confirmation email
- Notify us at support@aimea.eu within 7 days of the marked delivery date
We will cooperate with any carrier investigation and assist where possible. However, Aiméa cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for packages that the carrier's tracking system confirms as delivered.
8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
8.1. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something is not quite right, our full return, exchange, and refund terms are set out in our separate Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy, which is available on our website and forms part of these Terms.
8.2. Here is a summary of the key points:
- We offer a generous 100-day return and exchange period from the date of delivery
- To start a return, contact us at support@aimea.eu — please do not send items back without first receiving a Return Authorisation Number (RAN)
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- Items must be unworn, unused (beyond a brief try-on), and returned in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact
- All returns are inspected upon receipt — refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item passes inspection
- A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply if an item is returned in a condition that reduces its resale value
- Aiméa reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a returned item meets the eligibility conditions
8.3. For faulty or incorrect items, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.
8.4. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms of our Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy.
9. Promotions, Discounts & Gift Items
9.1. From time to time, we may offer discount codes, promotional pricing, limited-time offers, or other special deals. Unless stated otherwise, the following conditions apply to all promotions:
- Discount codes must be entered at checkout at the time of purchase — they cannot be applied retroactively to orders that have already been placed
- Only one discount code may be used per order, unless we explicitly state that codes can be combined
- Each discount code is limited to one use per customer, per email address, or per household, unless stated otherwise
- Promotions may be subject to minimum order values, specific product eligibility, geographic restrictions, or other conditions as specified at the time of the offer
- Promotions may have expiry dates and are valid only during the stated period
- We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, or end any promotion at any time without prior notice
9.2. Discount codes are intended for genuine, personal use only. Sharing discount codes publicly (for example, on coupon aggregator websites), using codes obtained through unauthorised channels, or applying codes in a way inconsistent with their intended purpose may result in the code being voided and the order being adjusted or cancelled.
9.3. If a promotional discount is applied to an order as a result of a technical error, system glitch, or unintended code configuration, we reserve the right to adjust the order total, cancel the affected items, or contact you to discuss the correct pricing. We will always aim to resolve such situations fairly and transparently.
9.4. Complimentary gifts or bonus items that are included with qualifying orders are offered at our discretion and are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to substitute a gift item for one of similar type or value without notice. Gift items are not guaranteed and do not form a contractual obligation. If you return the qualifying order for a full refund, any complimentary gifts received with that order should also be returned.
9.5. We monitor promotional usage and return patterns across our customer base. If we notice patterns that suggest misuse of promotions, serial returning, or behaviour inconsistent with genuine personal shopping, we reserve the right to limit or revoke access to future promotions, restrict account functionality, or decline orders from the affected account.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1. All content on the Aiméa website — including but not limited to text, product descriptions, photographs, images, graphics, illustrations, videos, logos, brand names, trademarks, product designs, website design, page layouts, user interface elements, and underlying software and code — is the exclusive property of Aiméa or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and design rights.
10.2. You may view, download, and print pages from our website for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not, without our prior written permission, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content or material from our website, whether in whole or in part.
10.3. The Aiméa name, logo, and all related names, marks, slogans, and visual identities are trademarks of Aiméa. Unauthorised use of any Aiméa trademark or intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal proceedings.
10.4. If you submit any content to us — such as product reviews, photos, testimonials, social media posts, or other user-generated content — you grant Aiméa a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, display, and distribute that content across any medium in connection with our business, marketing, advertising, and promotional activities. You confirm that any content you submit is your own original work, does not infringe any third-party rights, and that you have the authority to grant this licence.
11. User Conduct
11.1. We want our website to be a safe, reliable, and enjoyable place for everyone. By using our website, you agree to behave responsibly and lawfully. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
- Place orders using false, misleading, incomplete, or stolen payment or identity information
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, databases, or accounts
- Use any automated tools, bots, crawlers, scrapers, or similar technology to access, monitor, copy, or extract data or content from our website
- Interfere with or disrupt the functionality, performance, or security of our website or any connected systems
- Engage in any activity that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionate load on our infrastructure
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any products purchased from Aiméa without our prior written consent
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of our website or services
- Engage in harassing, abusive, threatening, or defamatory behaviour toward our staff, customer service team, or other customers
11.2. We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action, which may include suspending or permanently terminating your access to the website, cancelling pending or future orders, withholding refunds where permitted by law, and pursuing available legal remedies.
12. Fair Use & Order Integrity
12.1. We are committed to providing a fair and positive experience for every genuine customer. To maintain the integrity of our store and protect both our business and our customer community, we reserve the right to:
- Limit, suspend, or revoke access to promotional offers, discount codes, or loyalty benefits in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or abuse
- Cancel or amend orders that are affected by obvious technical, pricing, inventory, or system errors
- Restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that show patterns of excessive returns, serial ordering-and-returning, repeated chargebacks, or other behaviour inconsistent with genuine personal shopping
- Decline future orders from customers or accounts whose behaviour, in our reasonable judgement, constitutes abuse or manipulation of our policies
- Share information about suspected fraudulent transactions or account activity with our payment providers, fraud prevention services, law enforcement agencies, and other relevant third parties
12.2. We understand that returns are a normal part of online shopping, and we never penalise customers for making legitimate use of our return policy. These measures are specifically targeted at patterns of misuse and are always applied proportionately. Our goal is to maintain a fair and sustainable shopping experience for everyone.
12.3. If your account is restricted or an order is declined under this section, you are welcome to contact us at support@aimea.eu to discuss the situation. We will always aim to explain our reasoning and resolve matters fairly.
13. Third-Party Links & Services
13.1. Our website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, services, or content that are not owned, operated, or controlled by Aiméa. These may include payment provider websites, social media platforms, partner brands, editorial publications, and other external resources.
13.2. We provide these links for your convenience and informational purposes only. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement, affiliation, partnership, or sponsorship by Aiméa.
13.3. Aiméa has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, security, availability, or legality of any third-party websites or services. Your use of any third-party website is entirely at your own risk and is subject to that third party's own terms and conditions.
13.4. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party website before providing personal information or making a transaction.
14. Limitation of Liability
14.1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aiméa's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, any order, any product, or any use of our website shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific order that gives rise to the claim.
14.2. Aiméa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business or business opportunity, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of anticipated savings, or any other financial or non-financial loss, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
14.3. Without limiting the above, Aiméa is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from or related to:
- Delivery delays, carrier errors, or customs processing beyond our control
- Items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit after handover to the carrier
- Customs duties, import taxes, or other charges levied by government authorities
- Interruptions, errors, or downtime on our website or its underlying infrastructure
- Inaccurate information provided by the customer (including delivery addresses and contact details)
- Unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your login credentials
- Actions, omissions, or decisions of third-party service providers including payment processors, shipping carriers, and software platforms
14.4. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law. This includes, where applicable, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that mandatory law prohibits us from excluding.
15. Indemnification
15.1. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aiméa, its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal and professional fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use of the website or any products purchased from Aiméa
- Your breach or violation of any provision of these Terms
- Any inaccurate, false, or misleading information you provide to us
- Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
- Any content you submit, post, upload, or transmit through the website
- Any claim by a third party relating to your use of our website or products
15.2. This indemnification obligation survives the termination of your relationship with Aiméa and the expiry or termination of these Terms.
16. Force Majeure
16.1. Aiméa shall not be liable for any failure, delay, or interruption in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure, delay, or interruption is caused by events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Natural disasters, severe weather events, earthquakes, floods, or fires
- Epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies
- War, armed conflict, terrorism, civil unrest, or political instability
- Government actions, sanctions, embargoes, import or export restrictions, or regulatory changes
- Strikes, labour disputes, lockouts, or industrial action
- Disruptions to transportation networks, shipping routes, or supply chains
- Failures or outages of telecommunications, internet, energy, or utility services
- Carrier delays, postal disruptions, customs hold-ups, or port congestion
- Cyberattacks, system failures, or disruptions to third-party platforms we rely on
16.2. In the event of a force majeure situation, our obligations under these Terms will be suspended for the duration of the event. We will use reasonable efforts to minimise the impact on affected orders, keep you informed about any delays, and resume normal operations as soon as practically possible.
16.3. If a force majeure event continues for more than 60 days, either party may cancel the affected order. In such cases, we will issue a full refund for any orders that have not yet been fulfilled.
17. General Provisions
17.1. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed. The remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
17.2. Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aiméa with respect to your use of our website and any purchases made through it. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous discussions, proposals, and agreements, whether written or oral.
17.3. No waiver. Our failure or delay in exercising any right under these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of that right. A single or partial exercise of any right shall not prevent us from exercising that right or any other right in the future.
17.4. Assignment. Aiméa may assign, transfer, or subcontract any or all of its rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, without your prior consent. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.
17.5. Language. These Terms are drafted in English. If they are translated into any other language and there is a conflict, the English version shall prevail.
17.6. Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
18.1. These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
18.2. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
18.3. For customers in the European Economic Area (EEA), mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of your country of residence apply in addition to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation. EEA customers may also submit complaints through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), we are required to have a lawful basis for processing your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The legal bases we rely on are:
| Purpose | Legal Basis | Explanation |
|---|---|---|
| Order fulfilment | Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) | Necessary to deliver products you purchased |
| Customer service | Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) | Necessary to respond to inquiries and manage orders |
| Payment processing | Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) | Necessary to complete and verify your payment |
| Account management | Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) | Necessary to maintain your account and order history |
| Legal compliance | Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) | Necessary to meet our obligations under applicable laws |
| Fraud prevention | Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) | We have a legitimate interest in protecting our business and customers |
| Website analytics | Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) | We have a legitimate interest in understanding and improving our website |
| Marketing (email) | Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) | We send promotional emails only with your explicit consent |

Where we rely on legitimate interest, we have assessed the balance between our interests and your rights. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
