Shopping With Us

Once an order is placed, it is processed shortly thereafter. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order and delivery details are accurate at checkout.

In certain circumstances, we may need to cancel or adjust an order. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Incomplete or incorrect delivery information

  • Clear pricing or listing errors

  • Suspected misuse of promotions or discount codes

If an order is cancelled, you will be notified and refunded accordingly.

Unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable parcels that are returned to us may be subject to a handling, return, and restocking fee.


Payments & Security

All payments are securely processed through Airwallex, a global payment platform.

Airwallex enables multiple payment methods, including but not limited to:

  • Credit and debit cards

  • Apple Pay

  • Clearpay (where available)

  • Other locally available payment options

Payment details are encrypted and handled directly by the payment provider. We do not store or have access to full payment information.

By completing a purchase, you agree to the applicable terms and policies of the selected payment method.


Refunds

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout and are processed once returned items have been received and inspected.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.


Delivery & Tracking

We ship internationally. Most orders are dispatched within one business day after being placed.

Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

  • Sweden: 1–3 business days

  • Europe: 3–5 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–7 business days

  • United States: 5–7 business days

  • Rest of the World: 9–11 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs procedures, carrier operations, weather conditions, or regional logistics.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details via email. Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment and collecting parcels within the carrier’s stated holding period.


Returns

We offer a 100-day return period from the date of delivery for eligible items.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Please note:

  • Return destinations may be located outside the customer’s country of residence, depending on logistics arrangements

  • Items purchased during final sale or special promotions may not be eligible for return or exchange

Refunds are processed after returned items have been received and approved.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Once verified, we will provide further instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs.


Fair Use & Order Integrity

To ensure a fair experience for all customers, we reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or amend orders affected by obvious technical or pricing errors

Discounts, Promotions & Gifts

Discount codes and promotional offers must be applied at checkout. Promotions are subject to availability and may expire or change without notice.

If a promotion is applied incorrectly due to a technical issue or error, we reserve the right to adjust or cancel the affected part of the order.

Complimentary gifts or promotional items may be subject to separate conditions and availability.

Prices shown on the website are displayed without separately itemised VAT.

Depending on your location, local regulations, or customs requirements, your order may be subject to import taxes, VAT, duties, or handling fees upon arrival. These charges, if applicable, are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
