Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account.
Standard delivery to USA: 3–7 business days. EU countries: 3–5 business days.
How do I return or exchange an item?
We offer a 100-day return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn with original tags attached.

What size should I order?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide based on the actual measurements of the garment.
If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to make changes. Please email us at support@aimea.eu with your order number as soon as possible.
Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled — but you can return it under our 100-day return policy.
