How to return
Four simple steps

Email us at support@aimea.eu
Include your order number and let us know what you'd like to return or exchange. That's all we need to start.

Wait for our reply (within 2 business days)
We'll send you a Return Authorisation Number (RAN), the return address, and a recommendation for an affordable shipping option in your country.

Pack and ship
Pack the item securely, write the RAN clearly on the outside of the parcel, and ship using any tracked service. Then reply to our email with your tracking number.

Receive your refund
Once we receive and check your item, we'll refund you within 14 business days to your original payment method.
Return shipping
You choose how to send it back
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
The exact cost depends entirely on the country you're returning from and the shipping service you choose. Below are typical estimates when using standard tracked parcel from your local post office:
Standard tracked parcel from your local post office is usually the most affordable option — express services are rarely needed. When we send your RAN, we'll recommend a reasonable shipping option for your country.

Where to send your return
The exact address will be provided in your Return Authorisation email. Please don't ship anything before receiving your RAN — unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Conditions
What we can accept back
For a return to be approved, items must be:
- Unworn and unused beyond initial try-on
- In original, undamaged condition
- With all original packaging, tags, and labels intact
- Free from odors, stains, pet hair, makeup, or deodorant marks
- Returned within the 100-day window
You're welcome to try items on the same way you would in a store — trying on a garment to check the fit is completely fine. Items that have been worn outside a fitting context, washed, ironed, or altered cannot be accepted.
Exchanges
Need a different size?
No problem — email us at support@aimea.eu with your order number and the size you'd like instead. Exchanges follow the same process as returns and are subject to product availability.
We'll do our best to find the right fit for you. In some cases we may be able to send a replacement without requiring the original back.
Faulty or incorrect items
We'll make it right
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please email us at support@aimea.eu with your order number and a few photos showing the issue.
For confirmed faulty or incorrect items:
- We cover the return shipping cost
- You'll get a replacement or a full refund
- We may ask for additional photos to verify the issue
Refunds
How refunds are processed
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm the outcome. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
Processing time
Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving your return. After that, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the money to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Klarna payments
If you paid with Klarna, your refund will be processed through Klarna and your invoice or balance will be updated accordingly.
If the item is returned in poor condition
We may reduce or withhold a refund if the item shows signs of use, damage, or wear that diminish its value. We'll always let you know before any deduction is made.
What we can't accept
Items not eligible for return
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration
- Items returned without original packaging, tags, or protective materials
- Items returned after the 100-day window
- Hygiene-sensitive items that have been opened or unsealed where indicated
- Items shipped without a Return Authorisation Number (RAN)

A few more things
- The 100-day window starts from the delivery date on your tracking
- Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your RAN
- Always use a tracked shipping service — untracked returns can't be processed
- Once handed to the carrier, the package is at the carrier's risk until we receive it
- We reserve the right to decline returns that don't meet the conditions above
For EU & EEA customers
Your additional rights under EU law
If you're shopping from within the European Economic Area, the following additional rights apply to your purchase under mandatory EU consumer protection law. These apply in addition to our policy above and cannot be excluded.
14-day right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Just email support@aimea.eu with a clear statement of withdrawal.
Refund timeline
For withdrawals under this right, we'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.
Two-year guarantee
Under EU law, you're entitled to a minimum two-year legal guarantee. If a product turns out to be faulty or not as described within this period, you can request a repair, replacement, price reduction, or full refund.
Faulty items
Return shipping costs for confirmed faulty or incorrect items are always covered by us.
Dispute resolution
If we're unable to resolve a dispute, EEA customers may submit a complaint through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform or contact the European Consumer Centre in their country for free assistance.
Legal
Governing law & liability
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in the customer's country of residence.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aiméa's total liability in connection with any return, refund, or exchange shall not exceed the purchase price of the item(s) in question. Aiméa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the return process. Once a return shipment has been handed to a carrier, the risk of loss or damage remains with the customer until the item is received and confirmed at our return facility.
Policy changes
Aiméa reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your order. Last updated: June 2026.
