01 — Orders

Placing & managing your order

How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, add items to your cart, and head to checkout. You'll choose your shipping address, payment method, and confirm — that's it. We'll send you an order confirmation by email.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to help. Email support@aimea.eu as soon as possible with your order number.

Once an order has shipped, we can't cancel it — but you have 100 days from delivery to return it.

I didn't receive my order confirmation

First, check your spam or promotions folder — our emails sometimes end up there. Add support@aimea.eu to your contacts to make sure future emails reach your inbox.

If you still can't find it after a few minutes, email us with the name and email you used at checkout and we'll resend it.

Can I order multiple items together?

Of course — add everything to your cart and check out in one go. You'll save on shipping when your total reaches our free shipping threshold of €50.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes — digital gift cards are available in different amounts and delivered by email. They never expire and can be used at any time.

02 — Shipping

Delivery & tracking

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is €5.90. Shipping is free on all orders over €50.

The shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you complete your order — no hidden fees.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Europe: 3–5 business days
  • United States & UK: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10–18 business days

Where do you ship from?

We ship internationally from our fulfillment partners. The shipping cost and delivery time displayed at checkout are based on your destination.

Where is my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also check the status of your order anytime by logging into your account.

If something doesn't look right, email us at support@aimea.eu with your order number.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to update the address. Email support@aimea.eu right away with your order number and the new address.

Once an order has shipped, the address can't be changed — please double-check at checkout.

My tracking says delivered but I don't have my package

This sometimes happens. Please:

  • Check with neighbours, housemates, or your building's mailroom
  • Look for a delivery notice indicating an alternative drop-off point
  • Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number

If you still can't find it after 48 hours, email us at support@aimea.eu within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we'll help investigate.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. Available shipping options and delivery times will be shown at checkout based on your address.

For orders outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes set by your local authorities may apply.

03 — Returns

Returns, exchanges & refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 100 days from delivery to return any unworn item. Items must be in original condition with all tags and packaging.

How do I start a return?

Email support@aimea.eu with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll send you a Return Authorisation Number (RAN), the return address, and a recommendation for an affordable shipping option in your country.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect — in those cases, we cover it.

Standard tracked parcel from your local post office is usually the most affordable option (typically €15–30 within Europe).

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes — email us at support@aimea.eu with your order number and the size you'd like instead. Exchanges follow the same process as returns and are subject to product availability.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving your return. After that, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the money to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Refunds always go back to your original payment method.

My item arrived damaged or faulty. What should I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Email us at support@aimea.eu with your order number and a few photos showing the issue. We'll cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or full refund.

Can I return sale or discounted items?

Yes — our 100-day return policy applies to all items, whether full price or on sale.

04 — Sizing

Finding the right fit

How do I know what size to order?

Each product page has a detailed size guide based on actual garment measurements. We recommend taking your own measurements (bust, waist, hips) and comparing them to the size guide.

I'm between two sizes — which should I choose?

If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit. For body-hugging items like leggings, the smaller size is usually fine if you prefer a snug fit.

If in doubt, email us — we're happy to advise based on the specific item.

Do your sizes run true to size?

Our sizes are designed to fit women's bodies as they actually are — not as catalogues suggest they should be. We aim for honest, true-to-measurement sizing.

The size guide on each product page reflects the actual garment dimensions, so you can compare them directly to your own measurements.

What if my item doesn't fit?

No problem — you have 100 days to return or exchange it. Just email support@aimea.eu and we'll help you find the right size.

05 — Products

Materials, care & quality

What are your products made of?

The materials vary by item — full details are listed on each product page. We focus on fabrics that feel good, hold their shape, and stand up to real life.

How do I care for my AIMEA items?

Specific care instructions are included on the label of each garment and listed on the product page. As a general rule, we recommend washing on a cool gentle cycle and avoiding the tumble dryer to keep your items looking their best for longer.

Will the colour vary from what I see online?

Small differences in colour or texture between the photos and the actual item are normal — screens vary, lighting varies, and natural fabric dye lots vary too. These variations aren't defects.

06 — Payment

Payment & security

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Klarna (Pay Later, Pay in Instalments)
  • Clearpay / Afterpay (where available)
  • Other local payment methods depending on your country

Available options are shown at checkout based on your location.

Is it safe to use my card on your site?

Yes. All payments are processed by trusted partners (including Airwallex and Klarna) using bank-level encryption. We never store your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details.

How does Klarna work?

Klarna lets you pay later or split your purchase into instalments. When you choose Klarna at checkout, you'll be guided through their process. Klarna makes its own credit decisions — for help with a Klarna payment, contact Klarna directly through their app.

My payment was declined. What should I do?

First, double-check your card details and try again. If it's still declined, contact your bank — they sometimes flag international transactions. You can also try a different payment method at checkout.

Will I be charged customs or import duties?

For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are determined by your local authorities and are the recipient's responsibility.

Your account & data

Do I need an account to order?

No — you can check out as a guest. But creating an account makes it easier to track orders, manage returns, and check out faster next time.

How do I create an account?

Click "Account" in the top menu and follow the prompts. All you need is an email address and a password.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Go to the login page and click "Forgot password?". You'll receive an email with a link to set a new one. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder.

How do I unsubscribe from your emails?

Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email. You can also email support@aimea.eu and we'll take care of it.

How do I delete my account or data?

Email support@aimea.eu from the email address linked to your account, and we'll process your request within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for more details on your data rights.

How do I contact customer service?

The fastest way is to email us at support@aimea.eu. We respond within 1 business day.

What are your support hours?

Our customer service team operates Monday to Friday. We aim to respond to all messages within 1 business day, often sooner.

I sent you an email but haven't heard back

Please check your spam or promotions folder first — our reply sometimes lands there. If it's been more than 2 business days, send us a follow-up and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Do you have a phone number?

We handle support by email so we can give your question proper attention and keep a clear record of what's been discussed. Email support@aimea.eu and we'll get back to you within 1 business day.
