The basics of shopping with us
Here's how things work when you shop at Aiméa — what we promise you, what we ask of you, and what to expect along the way. We've kept it as clear and short as we could.

The agreement
What you're agreeing to
When you place an order with us, you're agreeing to these Terms together with our Returns & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. These three documents together cover your relationship with Aiméa.
We may update these terms occasionally. The version in effect when you place your order is the one that applies to your order.
Who can shop with us
A few simple requirements
To place an order, you need to:
- Be at least 18 years old (or the legal adult age in your country)
- Provide accurate name, address, and contact details
- Shop for personal use, not for resale
If your address or contact details change after ordering, just email us at support@aimea.eu and we'll help update them.
Our products
What you see vs. what you get
We put real effort into our product descriptions, sizing guides, and photography. Our goal is to give you the most accurate picture possible so you can shop with confidence.
Small differences in colour or texture between the photos and the actual item are normal — screens vary, lighting varies, and fabric dye lots vary too. These natural variations aren't defects.
If you're ever unsure about a size or fit, message us at support@aimea.eu before you order — we're happy to help.
Your order
How orders work
When you check out, you're sending us an offer to buy. We'll send an order acknowledgement straight away to confirm we received it, and then a separate confirmation email once we've prepared your order for dispatch — that's when the contract is formed.
When we may need to cancel an order
Occasionally we may have to cancel an order — for example if:
- The item turns out to be unexpectedly out of stock
- There's an obvious pricing or listing error
- Payment couldn't be authorised
- The delivery address is incomplete or undeliverable
- The order appears to be for resale rather than personal use
If this happens, we'll let you know by email and refund you in full to your original payment method.
Pricing & payment
What you see at checkout is what you pay
All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The currency you see is the currency you'll be charged in. Your bank may apply its own conversion rate if your account is in a different currency.
Payment methods
We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Clearpay, and other local payment methods depending on your country. All payments are processed by trusted partners (including Airwallex and Klarna) using bank-level encryption. We never store your full card details.
Klarna and similar services
If you choose to pay later or in instalments, you're entering a separate agreement with that provider (e.g. Klarna). Their terms apply to your payment plan and we have no influence over their approval decisions.
Pricing errors
If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price by mistake, we may need to cancel and refund the order — we'll always tell you and give you the chance to reorder at the correct price.
Customs & duties
Orders outside your local customs area may be subject to import duties or local taxes. These are set by your local authorities and are the recipient's responsibility.
Delivery
Getting your order to you
We ship worldwide. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.
Full details — delivery times, shipping costs, carriers, and what to do if something goes wrong — are in our Shipping Policy.
Please double-check your address at checkout. We're not able to take responsibility for orders that can't be delivered because of an incorrect address.
Returns & refunds
100 days to decide
We want you to be happy with what you've bought. You have 100 days from delivery to return or exchange any unworn item.
The full process, conditions, and timeline are in our Returns & Refund Policy.
Discount codes & promotions
A few simple rules
- Discount codes need to be entered at checkout — we can't apply them after the order is placed
- Only one code per order, unless we say otherwise
- Each code is intended for one use per person, unless stated
- Promotions can have expiry dates, minimum order values, or product restrictions
- Complimentary gifts depend on stock and may be substituted with a similar item
If a code is used in a way it wasn't intended (for example, applied through a technical glitch), we may adjust the order or contact you to discuss it.

Our content
Photos, words, and design
Everything you see on aimea.eu — photos, descriptions, designs, the Aiméa name and logo — belongs to us or to our licensors. You're welcome to browse and save pages for personal use, but please don't reuse our content for commercial purposes without permission.

Regional notes
Depending on where you live, additional consumer rights may apply to your purchase.
If you're shopping from the European Economic Area (EEA)
EU consumer protection law gives you additional rights that apply on top of these Terms and cannot be excluded:
14-day right of withdrawal. You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Email support@aimea.eu with a clear statement of withdrawal.
Two-year legal guarantee. If a product is faulty or not as described within 2 years of delivery, you can request a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
Faulty items. Return shipping for confirmed faulty or incorrect items is always covered by us.
Dispute resolution. If we can't resolve a dispute together, EEA customers can use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform or contact their local European Consumer Centre.
If you're shopping from the United Kingdom
Under UK consumer protection law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you have additional statutory rights:
14-day right of withdrawal. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
Goods must be as described and of satisfactory quality. If they aren't, you have a right to a repair, replacement, or refund.
If you're shopping from the United States
Depending on your state, additional consumer rights may apply (for example, under California, New York, or other state consumer protection laws). Our standard returns policy of 100 days from delivery applies to all US customers.
Import duties and state sales taxes may apply to your order — these are set by your local authorities and are your responsibility.
If you're shopping from another country
These Terms apply to your purchase, alongside any mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence that we're required to follow.
Local taxes, duties, or import fees may apply to your order and are your responsibility.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of Hong Kong, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country of residence.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aiméa's total liability in connection with these Terms, any order, or any product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — for example, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Risk of loss & transit
Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage in transit passes to the customer. We strongly recommend choosing a tracked shipping option and inspecting your package upon delivery.
Force majeure
We're not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, pandemics, war or civil unrest, government actions, strikes, carrier or postal disruptions, infrastructure or cyberattack-related outages, and similar events. If a disruption lasts more than 60 days, either side may cancel the affected order with a full refund.
Severability & entire agreement
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Returns Policy and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Aiméa.
Updates to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order is the version that applies. Last updated: June 2026.
