Shows you relevant ads on TikTok, measures performance, and helps with audience targeting. Data is shared via the TikTok Pixel.

Shows you relevant ads across Google Search, YouTube, and the Display Network. Provides website analytics through Google Analytics.

Pinterest

Shows you relevant ads on Pinterest, where supported.

Email & communication

Klaviyo

Sends our marketing emails, order confirmations, and shipping updates. Lets us personalise messages based on your purchase history.

Triple Whale

Helps us understand which of our marketing channels are working — measures attribution across ads, emails, and the site.

Data security

How we protect your data

  • Encryption. All data in transit is protected with SSL/TLS encryption.
  • PCI-DSS. Payment data is handled by certified payment providers — we never store full card numbers or CVVs.
  • Access controls. Only authorised team members can access personal data, and only when needed.
  • Partner standards. Our service providers are required to maintain appropriate security measures.

While we take every reasonable precaution, no system is completely secure. If you think your account has been compromised, contact us right away at support@aimea.eu.

Data retention

How long we keep your data

We only keep your data as long as we need it:

  • Order & transaction records — 7 years (for tax and accounting requirements)
  • Customer service messages — 3 years from the last interaction
  • Return and exchange records — 3 years from resolution
  • Account data — for as long as your account is active, plus 3 years after closure
  • Marketing consent — for as long as you're subscribed, plus 1 year after you unsubscribe
  • Website analytics — up to 26 months (anonymised)
  • Fraud investigation records — up to 5 years

After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymised.


Regional rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws.

If you're in the European Economic Area (EEA)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have these additional rights:
