We ship internationally to customers across Europe and beyond. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after the order has been placed (Monday–Friday).

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been handed over to the carrier. During product launches, seasonal campaigns, or peak periods, delivery times may vary slightly.

We work with reliable international and local carriers. The carrier used for the final delivery to your address depends on your destination country and is selected to provide the best balance of speed and reliability.
Tracking
Stay updated on your order
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account.
Orders are delivered either to your door or to the nearest pickup point, depending on the carrier and your destination.
Unclaimed packages
Please collect within 7 days
Customers are responsible for collecting parcels within the carrier's holding period, which is typically 7 days from the first delivery attempt or arrival at the pickup point.
If a parcel is returned to us as unclaimed or refused, we'll issue a refund for the product value once the package is received back. The original shipping cost is not refundable for unclaimed shipments.
Damaged or missing packages
We'll make it right
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@aimea.eu within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
